Ephesians 4;l1 tells me that the pastors , teachers, prophets evangelists and apostles are given to build, set and establish "potential" pastors , teachers, prophets evangelists and apostles into the works of the ministry (v12)., Success without creating successors is never a true success. We have to outdo ourselves. we have to replace ourselves with capable men and women who are more capable than ourselves. We as leaders have to set a platform for those coming up beside us. We have to see that they do twice as much as us, go further, build bigger and become more, this is the Elijah/Elisha principle, a "double portion" anointing.

We have all seen churches that has become iconic, I'm talking of the men and the ministries that started them only to see that within two generations their work has been left either destroyed or has been handed over to another whop was not really there in the beginning with the. We have to build ministries that exists beyond one generation and to do that we have to build train equip and give a platform to todays potential" pastors , teachers, prophets evangelists and apostles.
